IPAF

International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) is the international trade organization that promotes the safe and effective use of lifts. We have over 1600 members in 80 countries. 90% of all the lifts in the world are produced by an IPAF member.

Since 1995, IPAF is training lift operators and managers around the world. A total of 2 million people has been trained since start.

Today, a clear majority of all large construction sites in Denmark are requiring their lift operators to have a PAL card (Powered Access License).
